At XRender we recognize the importance of protecting your personal information and are committed to processing it responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws in all countries in which XRender operates.

This Privacy Policy describes XRender's general privacy practices that apply to personal information we collect, use and share about our clients, business partners, supplier and other organizations with which XRender has or contemplates a business relationship as well as the individuals working for them.

This privacy policy applies to each XRender website, event, app and other service(s) that refers or links to this privacy policy. This privacy policy may be supplemented by additional privacy statements, terms or notices provided to you. The XRender Team that owns or administers the service, as identified therein, is the primary controller of your personal information provided to, or collected by or for, the service.

To provide the customers with XRender service(s), we must collect and process certain information about you. The types of information we collect depend on how you use our product and service(s).

2.1 How we collect

We collect information about you in three ways:

(1) from your input through our web forms, app forms and other mechanisms;

(2) from third-party sources;

(3) through automated technologies.

2.2 Types of information

The types of personal information that we collect directly from you depends on how you interact with us and the service.

Information And Content You Provide:

Account login credentials, such as username, password, email address;

Contact details, such as name, postal address, social media handle, phone number;

Other profile information, such as educational, employment and professional background, dietary and accessibility requirements, and photo;

Payment information, such as credit or debit card number, PayPal account, any data which are required for payment processing will be transferred to the respective third party;

Comments, feedback and other information you provide to us, including messages that you send to our service team and authorized salesman from XRender, personal opinions and rendering results you shared with XRender via interview, emails, messages or third-party communication tools.

Your Operation Record:

Information about how you use our app, such as the types of machine you engage with; the software and plug-ins you choose; the features you use; the actions you take; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.

Data from Other Sources:

Data from service providers that help us determine a location based on your IP address so as to enable certain features of XRender;

Data from cookies stored on your device and connection information, such as information and inputs relating to you in any way and to read this information out again both during the use and at your later visit to our website;

Tracking measures carried out on the basis of paragraph 6 (1) sentence 1 f GDPR by Google Analytics that we use in order to provide demand-oriented design and continuous optimization of our pages.

On our behalf, Google is going to use this information for the purpose of evaluating the manner in which you make use of our website, for preparing website activity reports and for providing other services related to the use of both the website and the internet.

If need be, you may generally object to cookies being saved on your computer and, as a consequence, also to the use of Google Analytics. If you want to do this, you need to adjust your browser software settings accordingly.

XRender also uses Google Ads Conversion Tracking to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website to optimize it for you. Google Ads will insert a 'cookie' on your device if you have accessed our website via a Google ad.

These 'cookies' expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits certain pages of the Ads customer's website and the 'cookie' has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page.

If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a 'cookie' required for this - for example using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of 'cookies'. XRender uses YouTube for the integration of videos, which is operated by YouTube LLC. When you access the pages on our website that are provided with embedded YouTube videos, YouTube server receives the information which of our internet pages you have visited. XRender uses Vimeo for the integration of videos. When you access the pages on our website that are provided with embedded YouTube videos, YouTube server receives the information which of our internet pages you have visited. XRender uses Facebook Conversion Tracking to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website to optimize it for you. Facebook inserts a 'cookie' on your computer if you have accessed our website via Facebook.

Depending on how you interact with us and the service, we use your personal information to:

The data collected by XRender (responsible for the treatment) for the creation of your account, the use of our service and client support is used by the marketing and the customer service departments. The data will only be collected, saved, modified, transferred and used to the extent to which this is permitted on the basis of the law or to the extent to which you agree to this.

You can directly access and review your account, profile and participant directory information and make corrections, updates or deletions at any time. Keeping such information up to date is solely your responsibility.

Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with paragraph 6 (1) sentence 1 a & b GDPR. If you wish to exercise this right, please send an email to inquire@xrender.cloud. To protect your privacy and security, we may require you to verify your identity.

2.5 Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfil the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.

For project data, those you have uploaded to our cloud disk app, XCloud Disk, will be safely stored in our encrypted storage center. For all data assets, if not used within thirty (30) days, the cleanup command will be automatically executed to delete all data; for the rendering results you get via XRender cloud rendering services, the downloaded files will be reserved for seven (7) days before being deleted, and the undownloaded files will be reserved for fourteen (14) days before being deleted. Please make sure you have downloaded your result file before expiration and if you need to extend the storage time of file assets, please contact us in advance.
